Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates vary by destination. Enter your PIN code in the delivery checker on the product page to see the estimated delivery availability and timeline for your location before placing your order.

We offer free shipping throughout India. Courier availability, weather, local restrictions and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect the estimated delivery date.

7-Day Returns

Miles London offers a 7-day return window. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products should be unused and kept with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear may not qualify for return or refund.

Return shipping: For a normal change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return courier cost. If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, Miles London will bear the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund timing: Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, a cancellation request may not be possible; the applicable return process can be followed after delivery.
