Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Significant quality issues

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products

  • Items without original packaging

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@mileslondon.com with your order number and issue.

  2. Attach photos/video of the defect (if any).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide a return address.

Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.
